Bio
At age 11, Wendy was initiated into Transcendental Meditation and took her first yoga class; coming home to demonstrate to Mom (her first yoga student). This was the beginning of a lifelong inquiry into yoga, meditation, wellness and metaphysics. Wendy continued to investigate Yoga through the Spiritual Lifestyle Program at The Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in Lennox, MA and as workshop facilitator at Premanandam Ashram. Under the guidance of Swami Vinit Muni and Swami Arundhati, Wendy studied Kundalini, Chakra’s, Mudras’s, and Yoga Nidra. Wendy initiated private Yoga Teacher Training to share her experience. Wendy organized and taught Yoga & Stress Management classes to co-workers while working as a Chemical Engineer. Recognizing the need to alleviate stress in the workplace, she created Stress Management classes in corporations throughout the Greater Toronto Area.
Featured on City TV’s Breakfast Television, Wendy was invited to teach and speak at conferences including Women’s Wellness Retreat in Orillia, ON; the United Astrology Congress Conference in Monterey, CA, the Royal Ontario Museum Asian Wellness Retreat, Wendy also lectured at the State-of-the-Art Astrology conferences on topics including: Chiron, the Journey of the Wounded Healer and Medical Astrology. Wendy currently teaches and speaks at the Canada Hypnosis Conferences, the Metaphysical Ministry conferences as well as at churches and yoga studios across Ontario.
A strong proponent of continuous self-development, Wendy has spent significant time studying with exemplary teachers in Holistic Health and Healing Modalities including Art as a Curative Discipline, Reiki, Healing Codes, Access Consciousness, Herbs and Healing, Psychic Development, Mediumship, Trans and Theta Healing, Shamanism. In 2015 Wendy was ordained as a Metaphysical Minister and initiated the Limitless Once Centre where Wendy initiated a private Yoga-Art-Astrology Studio and offers spiritual coaching, healing sessions, astrology or mediumship readings and wellness retreats. with the wish to share what she has learned and lived to support the human potential and development of others.
