Reclaiming Her: Guiding Women Through Identity Shifts with Hypnosis and Mindset Tools

As women enter their 40s, 50s, and beyond they often face a unique and complex blend of challenges—ranging from shifting hormones and disrupted sleep to identity questions, emotional overwhelm, and a sense of having lost themselves after years of caregiving and responsibility. This session explores how hypnosis can help women reconnect with their inner voice, rediscover their passions, and create a life that reflects who they truly are now. We will dive into how to support clients navigating the emotional and spiritual aspects of midlife—not just the symptoms, but the deeper need for clarity, confidence, and renewal. This is a practical, heart-centered session for hypnotists who want to confidently support women through one of the most misunderstood but powerful transitions of their lives.
