About the event
Join us for the 2026 Canada Hypnosis Conference to Connect, Learn and Grow! Learn from 25+ international speakers and our keynote speaker, Karen Hand. Enjoy dinner and Richard Cole's mentalism show on Saturday night. Network with other professionals in the industry, make new friends and have fun! We are also offering a variety of pre- and post-conference trainings this year.

All prices are in CAD (Canadian dollars) and include any applicable taxes. $497 CAD is equivalent to approximately $359 USD as per August exchange rates.

Please read and adhere by the CHC Code of Conduct to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all guests.
CHC Code of Conduct
The Canada Hypnosis Conference is committed to providing a respectful, educational, inclusive and professionally supportive environment. This Code of Conduct applies to presenters, attendees, guests, vendors, volunteers and staff during all conference sessions, workshops, meals, social events and conference-sponsored online spaces.
Professional Conduct
All participants are expected to:
Treat presenters, attendees, guests, vendors, volunteers, hotel employees and conference staff with courtesy and respect.
Use inclusive, non-discriminatory language.
Respect differences in approaches, techniques, training, professional backgrounds, levels of experience, personal beliefs and political views.
Engage in professional discussion without condescending, demeaning or dismissive remarks. Differences of opinion are welcome when expressed respectfully and without disrupting the conference experience.
Refrain from harassment, intimidation, threats, unwanted sexual attention, sexual comments, repeated unwelcome contact, disruptive conduct or unwanted physical contact.
Respect personal boundaries, accessibility needs and requests for space.
Avoid conduct that could reasonably interfere with another person’s ability to participate in or enjoy the conference.
Discrimination or harassment based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, disability, appearance, political beliefs or affiliations, or any other protected or personal characteristic will not be tolerated.
Consent and Hypnosis Practice
Hypnosis demonstrations, practice sessions and other experiential activities must involve clear, voluntary and informed consent.
Do not pressure anyone to participate in a demonstration, exercise or private session.
Obtain permission before using physical touch.
Respect a person’s decision to decline or withdraw consent at any time.
Practice within your level of training, competence and professional scope.
Do not present private sessions arranged outside the conference program as being supervised, approved or endorsed by the Canada Hypnosis Conference.
Confidentiality
Client confidentiality must be respected in all presentations, demonstrations and informal discussions. Do not share identifying client information without appropriate authorization. When discussing cases, use only the information necessary for educational purposes and remove or alter identifying details.
Participants must also respect personal information shared by other attendees during exercises, discussions or demonstrations.
Recording and Photography
Attendees may not make audio or video recordings, livestream sessions, or use AI transcription or recording tools without prior written permission from both the presenter and the Canada Hypnosis Conference.
Attendees may photograph presentation slides for personal note-taking unless the presenter asks that photography be limited or a slide is identified as not for photography. Photographs of presentation materials may not be published, distributed or used commercially without the presenter’s permission.
Hypnosis demonstrations and experiential activities take place in public conference sessions. By volunteering to participate, individuals acknowledge that still photographs may be taken by attendees or conference photographers and may be shared. Anyone who does not wish to be photographed should not volunteer for a public demonstration.
Permission to take audio or video recordings of demonstrations is not implied and must be obtained separately.
Reporting Concerns
Concerns may be reported to conference staff or volunteers or emailed to info@canadahypnosisconference.com.
Reports will be taken seriously, addressed as promptly as reasonably possible and handled confidentially to the extent circumstances allow. Information may be shared with those who need it to review or respond to the concern.
Retaliation against anyone who raises a concern or participates in reviewing a report is prohibited.
If there is an immediate safety concern, contact hotel security, conference staff or emergency services.
Response to Violations
Depending on the nature and severity of the concern, the Canada Hypnosis Conference may respond with a private conversation, warning, removal from a session or activity, removal from the conference without refund, and/or exclusion from future conference participation.
Serious violations may result in immediate removal without a prior warning.
By registering for or participating in the Canada Hypnosis Conference, participants agree to follow this Code of Conduct.
