The Stream Process
~ Sanderson Centre, Auditorium ~
An effective method to help clients remove the bridge between thoughts and unwanted emotion to reduce fear, anxiety, anger, or guilt through suggestion; very effective for fears and phobias. Used in many different situations to help clients move themselves into a relaxed, calm state when thinking about experiences that once may have caused discomfort in the body. Teaching a simple metaphor technique to reduce fear, anxiety, anger or guilt through suggestion - it may improve the client’s condition or set the stage for a more manageable regression.
Hypnotists will learn the different stages of the technique, how to help the client move through each stage and adjustments that you can make as you get feedback from the client. Through a workshop situation after the presentation, hypnotists can see for themselves how it works by helping one another use it.

1:00 pm - 2:20 pm
Pamela Robinson - Georgina, ON
Moon Energies; How Are They Messing With, and Helping Your Mental Health?
~ Sanderson Centre, Main Stage ~
How are you being impacted with each moon phase?
With each phase these past few months, many of us have had some major unveiling of buried things. As someone experiencing this with some understanding, those who are not quite as aware must be feeling things they can't make sense of. Join Pamela as she discusses some of the mysteries and small ways that you can maneuver through these times.
She'll also introduce and take you through a simple, easy, and effective method which can reprogram old, outdated messaging which keeps us operating in survival mode - called her Point of Awareness Method. This method bridges spirituality with our human experience for a simple hypnotic/meditative process which is measurable. You'll leave with a tool which will subtly help you step into your authentic, integral, grounded, and centred self.
